The project focuses on high-interactive co-creative conflict resolution, restorative justice, and youth leadership empowerment, using fundamental tools. Yet, with a new paradigm awareness of how we can tap into the power of our evolving human consciousness as peacemakers and stewards of a global culture with shared needs, and our destiny.
CIHA promotes the Miasm Evolution™
(Violet Kashewa, 2012) conflict resolution type; the emergent by-product of pro-social, yielding, and compassionate-cooperative conflict resolution types combined. And, the established principles of restorative justice: peacemaking, authentic and tactical communications, harm restitution, sustainable community building, social healing, and cultural transformation.
We seek to sow seeds of consciousness evolution into conflict resolution!
The ME™ type specifically facilitates a more revolutionary element of conflict resolution to bring about a greater sphere of influence by drawing intentionally upon the autonomous human consciousness, and in turn, create "a more soulful generative paradigm of youth leadership empowerment."
Youth are guided by qualified, experienced credentialed professional teams (mental health, energy medicine specialists, belief work therapists, and restorative justice, conflict resolution) to participate more deeply in the conflict resolution process; and to foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence, social interdependence and personal- cultural healing, by ascertaining the cause-effect reasons for violence, harm, and conflict engagement.
And to use their proactive resources and initiative (essential dignity, soul purpose, and innate intelligence) to access natural co-creative power to break negative belief patterns; and create intentional paradigm-shifting (group transmutation and transformation) of previous limitations (deeply-rooted assumptions, belief paradigms, and social-cultural division).

Integrative Healthcare and Mental Health Support Services are delivered through our sister
project: Children's Integrative Healthcare of America™ an "innovative health services partnership"
for educational, non-profit, and social services sectors.
Children's Integrative Healthcare of America™ is a health services continuum of care
DSP organization; and network partnership/diversion and re-entry program.
Direct Services
CIHA serves children to 25 years old. We are a 2012 multi-site start-up (funding and community interest phase); JHACO accredited
(Joint Commission Accreditation Health Organizations), and LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green
healthcare project serving mainstream America.

Home-Site Direct Services:
We seek to help end the non-virtuous "child dumping" cycle in which questionably effective mental health services are provided as a standing practice, even to those youth who have been inadvertently caught or guardian-volunteered into this cycle.
And to sow seeds of consciousness evolution into conflict resolution. We seek to educate our community, peers, and constituents and those we serve about self-advocacy facilitation instead of "will and power-over" intervention.
This project serves to help rectify youth treatment, support an overwhelmed corrections mechanism, promote health self-advocacy and equal access to evidence-based alternative mental health and health-care services, improve social rehabilitation outcomes through facilitation/wholistic perspectives, and cut federal and taxpayer medical cost waste.
Service Model
Customized service delivery is available for facility on-site (mobile 5-person practitioner team); or by facility transportation arrangement to a metropolitan home site (California: 35/58 Counties) serving child populations at 30,000 or more. Our qualified Integrative & Complimentary Medicine DSP's (direct health services providers) internally-manage EHR (CCHIT accredited electronic health records); and Client Services: intake, facilitation and delivery, evaluations, metrics, outcomes reports, partner liaison, advisory, client advocacy, (and transportation at full capacity).

»» Creative optional cost-investment youth diversion and re-entry program.
»» Provide "new medical home model and on-site "group facilitation" service delivery.
»» Facilitate compassionate, effective, non-invasive adjunct mental health, complimentary medicine, and youth
restorative justice counseling services.
»» Promote internal resource empowerment and health self-advocacy to change the health-will,
behavioral patterning, and social experience.
»» Leverage youth outcomes: self, community, social healing and cultural transformation.
»» Emphasize co-creative power and the deeper human autonomous consciousness- focus needed for
emotional intelligence, self-correction, social rehabilitation-healing, and cultural transformation.

About Conflict Resolution & PeacebuildingToday: The 1960's model of Conflict Resolution/Non-Violent Communication (compassionate) has multidimensionally evolved to present, with growing diverse applicable uses across power institutions and industries.
Peacebuilding involving youth in detention and the Juvenile Justice System includes: Reintegration of offenders/combatants into civilian society; strengthening rule of law to refute youth abuses; protecting human rights; security sector reform; and internal, leadership, and democratic development.
Furthermore, peacebuilding is an overarching concept that includes: conflict transformation, restorative justice, trauma healing, reconciliation, development and leadership.
